Born and raised in South Tampa, Mallory proudly carries forward the legacy of her grandmother, Mary Smith, founder of Smith & Associates. With deep local roots and a genuine love for her community, she blends neighborhood insight with a modern, relationship-first approach to real estate.
After earning a degree in Economics from the University of Florida and a master’s from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, Mallory spent nearly a decade in New York City working in Strategy and Consumer Insights at Tapestry, Inc. There, she developed a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of consumer behavior — learning to balance data with intuition to anticipate her clients' needs. Her mission is simple: to help people make confident, informed decisions while guiding them with care and clarity — whether they're buying their first home or their forever one.
Outside of real estate, Mallory enjoys traveling, biking along Bayshore, playing pickleball, and spending time with her husband, two young children, and their vibrant South Tampa community.
